Location: Remote.
You can be anywhere in the world, as long as you have a strong internet connection and a powerful computer that can keep up with the pace of the CEO.
Work Hours: 9:00 to 17:00 Mountain Daylight Time (GMT -6).
It’s expected that they are at the ready, and do not have another job during this time.
Responsibilities:
Daily check-ins with the CEO
Weekly retrospectives and quarterly planning sessions
Managing, delegating, and following up key deliverables to team members
Engaging with our community on various social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
Conducting data cleanup, acquisition, and analysis
Overseeing the CEO's personal calendar, events, and to-do list
Attending and reviewing meeting transcriptions to capture action items and capture them in an asana board
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Exceptional project management capabilities
Stellar written and verbal communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation
Experience with financial/accounting tasks
Proficiency in the use of Slack, Asana, HubSpot, and various social media platforms
An affinity for technology, proactive work ethic, and are extremely skilled at navigating the internet
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Traction model
Prior experience in Human Resources
Experience with sales processes like cold calling/outreach, email sequencing, and omnichannel messaging.
Skilled in design with an ability to create aesthetically pleasing sales enablement tools, presentations, social media graphics, display ad creative
